Delivery
Your journal will be sent with 48-hour tracked Royal Mail delivery (for free!). Including dispatch, please allow 5–7 working days from your order date for your journal to arrive.
At the moment, we’re shipping to UK addresses only, but we hope to offer international delivery very soon!
Returns
We want you to love your journal! If for any reason you’d like to return it, journals purchased from yourweddingjournal.com can be returned in their original, saleable condition for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Please include your order number and return the journal in its original packaging.
To keep your journal safe on its journey back to us, we recommend using a signed-for, insured courier. While we do our best to track returns, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, our Customer Service team will aim to process your refund or exchange within 28 days. Items returned after 28 days, or that are damaged or worn, will be sent back to you.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
