Refund Policy
Journals purchased on yourweddingjournal.com can be returned in new and saleable condition for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Please include your order number and return the journal in its original packaging.
We recommend sending returns via a signed-for, insured courier. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, our Customer Service team will aim to process your refund or exchange within 28 days. Journals returned after the 28-day period, or those that are damaged or worn, will be sent back to you.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
