When will my journal arrive?
Your journal will be sent via Royal Mail with a 48-hour tracked service. Please allow 5–7 days from your order date for you to receive your journal.
Where can my journal be delivered?
Currently, we deliver exclusively to UK addresses. But stay tuned, we hope to offer international shipping very soon!
What if my journal doesn’t arrive?
If your journal hasn’t arrived within 7 days, please email us with your order number, and we’ll help you track it down.contact@yourweddingjournal.com
Can I return my journal?
Yes, Journals purchased on yourweddingjournal.com can be returned in new and saleable condition for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase. Please include your order number and return the journal in its original packaging.
We recommend sending returns via a signed-for, insured courier. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, our Customer Service team will aim to process your refund or exchange within 28 days. Journals returned after the 28-day period, or those that are damaged or worn, will be sent back to you.
